Double functional pituitary adenomas causing acromegaly and subclinical Cushing disease

Introduction: Double Pituitary adenomas with growth hormone (GH) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) secretion are very rare. They are responsible for acromegaly with hypercortisolism.
